Please note that providing the data required for organizing training is mandatory and is used for issuing a certificate.
The administrator of your personal data is the Association of Polish Surveyors in Warsaw 00-043, T. Chatskogo str. 3/5 lok 416, hereinafter referred to as: "administrator”"

The personal data provided is necessary and will be processed only for the purpose of organizing training
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but the withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before it was withdrawn.
Your data will be stored for no longer than necessary, i.e. during the period of completing tasks that arise from the organization of training, which forms the basis for their processing, taking into account the archiving period that follows from certain provisions.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, you have the following rights::

1. the right to access and receive copies of your personal data;
2. right to rectification (rectification) of your data;
3. right to restrict processing in cases specified in the GDPR;
4. right to delete data, restriction of data processing;
5. the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Based on your personal data, the administrator will not make any automated decisions against you, including those resulting from profiling.

Personal data is not transferred to a third country or international organizations.
